That is Skywarp. ~TC-Stalker and I were mean and turned him into a techno-organic. Mainly because Scavenger wanted Skywarp to feel what it's like being techno-organic. :) I would've drawn Skywarp normally, but I want to show my RP buddy how pretty he looks as a birdie. :meow:
