In the story, the Star Burner Pirates go to a planet populated by very few Cybertronians. They're pirates, so they just take some girls on board. "Liberate" is their word for it. Zea, the cabin boy, who's about 14 in human equivalence, doesn't know what the hell is going on so he goes to ask the captain, because he and the cap' have a sort of father-son relationship going on and he can tell him anything. But as soon as the doors slide open he sees the captain is also subject to these females. "What sort of devil power do they hold that makes the mechs like this?" he wonders. Later he just wanders off into the library to find out. Ace, the drone, finds him a few files on the complex relationship between pleasure and reproduction.
